Why isn’t RUSH status always available?We make every effort that is humanly possible to accommodate our customer’s needs for a faster-than-normal turn around time. On very rare occasions RUSH status is not available due to current printer demand or other circumstances. Always call ahead of time to check on RUSH status availability. Why does RUSH status cost more?Moving previously scheduled print runs to accommodate a RUSH job requires overtime and/or additional personnel. Why do you require a 50% deposit?Digital printing is a custom product industry. Printers cannot recover costs by reselling prints that are custom. |
